A Very Special Christmas – Train Stories

Presented by Washington, D.C. Chapter NRHS

On 12/16/2022 7:30 pm
On-line Program - Free and open to the public. Registration will open about December 1st.

Thomas the tank engine, his friend Montague (aka Duck), and other friends have agreed to be conductors for our December meeting, called Train Stories: A Gift to Ourselves. They invite volunteers, about a dozen of you, to tell a short 3- to 5-minute story about your connection to railroads. You can reminisce about your introduction to railroading, a story about the Dover Harbor, a favorite rail station, a rail journey to remember, or more. These stories are to relate our collective experiences and shared passion for railroading. It’s the perfect time to reconnect on a personal level with each other and with railroading in an evening of holiday fun. If you have a story to tell, or a bit of railroad history to share, let our editor know at editor@dcnrhs.org. Or just tune in December 16, 7:30 for a wonderful evening of train stories.
